Here is your complimentary XBRL Validation Analysis Report
Thank you for your interest in a complimentary
validation analysis of your recent SEC Interactive Data
filing. UBmatrix is the industry's most recognized name
when it comes to processing XBRL, whether for regulatory
bodies like the U.S. SEC and FDIC, or filing companies
like yours. UBmatrix Processing Engine is responsible
for the output contained in this report and is a key
component inside each of our XBRL software products.
Contained in your analysis are the following validation
reports:
-
XBRL Validation Report - Each Interactive
Data filing must at a minimum be valid XML and XBRL.
The XBRL Validation report lists any errors or
inconsistencies found in the extension taxonomy or
the XBRL instance document.
-
Basic Calculation Trace Report - Together,
the US GAAP taxonomy and your extension taxonomy
govern the relationship of one element to another.
Where items in the taxonomy are supposed to sum
together to equal another (e.g., total assets should
equal the sum of current assets and non-current
assets), UBmatrix Processing Engine tests an
instance document to ensure they do. The Basic
Calculation Trace Report shows the results of this
validation.
-
Detailed Calculation Trace Report - This
report offers a more granular look at the
Calculation Trace, showing calculation roll-ups all
the way up the taxonomy hierarchy, even when a value
wasn't explicitly reported at that level. This
report is helpful in tracing roll-up errors.
-
SEC Public Validation Criteria Report - In
September 2008 the SEC published a list of
submission criteria for Interactive Data reports
called the "Pubic Validation Criteria". (View
the criteria) Using UBmatrix
Processing Engine 3.5 we have designed a set of XBRL
Formulas that test the SEC's criteria and produce
the enclosed report.
