Redwood City, CA, April 7, 2010 - UBmatrix, the leading XBRL Software provider today announced that Oracle is incorporating the UBmatrix XBRL Processing EngineTM in the Oracle Hyperion Disclosure Management application announced today. The enhanced XBRL capabilities in the Oracle Hyperion Disclosure Management application will provide customers the ability to improve the accuracy and timeliness of their financial filings and meet the growing number of XBRL compliance mandates globally.

Last year, the US Securities and Exchange Commission mandated the use of XBRL for Public Company Reporting. Companies with worldwide public float greater than $5 billion complied starting with fiscal periods ending June of last year; all other large accelerated filers will comply next starting with fiscal periods ending June of this year; all other public companies will comply with fiscal periods ending June 2011.
